Role Overview:This Implementation Engineer role focuses on meeting client-specific requirements for IT infrastructure and systems. The position involves rigorous testing, detailed documentation, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to ensure system stability, efficiency, and security. The engineer will coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compatibility with their existing IT infrastructure and systems.
- Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability, efficiency, and security before full-scale implementation.
- Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for the client.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects.
- Evaluate post-implementation system performance, making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services.
Required Skills:- Digital technologies including Python, Juniper Data Center, Unix / Linux Basics and Commands, Juniper Routing and Switching.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical role focusing on Data Center, Cisco Nexus Platform switches, Arista, and BGP.
- Must have automation experience with Ansible.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to be nimble and flexible, prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
- Ability to work weekends (as needed) for migration work.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent technical training.
- US Citizen.
Preferred Skills:- Arista CVP desired.
- Python is a plus.
- Unix or Linux background is a plus.
- CCIE preferred.
- Experience in financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking) is a plus.
