Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with a strong understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations, medium or low voltage electrical distribution systems, AC/DC systems, and associated power management or SCADA tools.
- Experience in estimating, electrical design, operation, and commissioning of substations, switchgear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems and their control systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.

Responsibilities - Own and resolve site-level electrical issues during project execution. Maintain all DC-related electrical design requirements, interface documents, and ensure compliance with the change control process.
- Partner with core engineering to integrate new technologies, providing site-specific requirements during BOD development and coordinating schematics with the EOR to meet local requirements.
- Understand ongoing electrical project requirements, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) with the Engineer of Record (EOR), and manage the site bug process with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with DCDE core teams to develop and manage site electrical designs-from Basis of Design (BOD) to Issued for Construction (IFC)-for new builds, upgrades, and renovations.
- Provide technical support to operations and data center services to define electrical design requirements for multiple DC projects from inception to completion.
