Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working on critical infrastructure projects related to process improvements.
  • Experience with mission critical systems (24x7 and no-fail) and operations (e.g., power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical plant processing, etc.).
  • Experience implementing controls engineering.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial control system architecture as it pertains to standard protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and system administration.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial control system hardware (PLCs, relays, IEDs, IO modules) and their integration with IT security layers (specifically networking and server/compute).
  • 5 years of experience in generating technical product specifications/requirements, conceptual schematics, and system architecture drawings to drive control system projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scope, requirements for cybersecurity initiatives to drive the design, implementation, testing of secure, resilient operational technology (OT) security solutions.
  • Perform design document and drawing development, implementation and lab and on-site testing of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Serve as a technical liaison and collaborate between cross-functional teams to resolve complex design, integration, and deployment issues in mission-critical environments.
  • Perform design sustaining and life cycling activities during pre and post deployment, and operations for cybersecurity solutions and OT infrastructure components (e.g., networking, SCADA/HMI servers, clients, software).
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maturation of the OT environment to drive risk reduction.
