Your role and responsibilities
As a Data Architect/Analyst specializing in Data Warehouses, you will design, develop, and integrate data management systems, leveraging tools like Teradata, Snowflake, and analytics solutions. You will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient and effective management of large-scale data systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design Data Management Systems: Create complex application components and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across various platforms to support data warehouse development.
• Develop Data Warehouses: Utilize tools like Teradata, Snowflake, and analytics solutions to build and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring efficient data management and integration.
• Integrate Data Solutions: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to integrate data management systems, resolving technical issues and optimizing system performance.
• Ensure Data Efficiency: Monitor and optimize data systems to ensure efficient and effective management of large-scale data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Solve Technical Issues: Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues related to data warehouse development and integration, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution.
*This person will be required to come into the Fort Meade, MD office 5 days a week

Required technical and professional expertise
• Exposure to Data Warehouse Development: Experience working with data management systems, including designing, developing, and integrating data warehouses using tools like Teradata, Snowflake, and analytics solutions.
• Data Integration Expertise: Exposure to integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across various platforms to support data warehouse development.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Experience working with analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient and effective management of large-scale data systems.
• Data Management Knowledge: Exposure to creating complex application components and utilizing tools like Teradata, Snowflake, and analytics solutions to build and maintain large-scale data systems.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Experience working collaboratively to resolve technical issues related to data warehouse development and integration.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI is required
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP)

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
