Position Overview We are seeking a Data & Applications Manager to own and develop the organization's enterprise data platform, reporting environment, systems integrations, and HubSpot ecosystem. This is a highly visible, hands-on role partnering closely with IT, finance, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake/Lakehouse architecture, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, data engineering, systems integrations, and HubSpot administration.
Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the enterprise data lake using Microsoft Fabric and OneLake.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dataflows, and integrations across business applications.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and semantic models.
- Serve as the technical application owner and SME for HubSpot.
- Manage HubSpot configuration, users, permissions, workflows, data quality, APIs, webhooks, and connected applications.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, financial, and operational systems using APIs, connectors, and integration tools.
- Establish data governance, quality, security, access, and documentation standards.
- Monitor data pipelines, integrations, platform performance, and data freshness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics.
- Support AI-enabled workflows, automation initiatives, agents, and assistants.
Required Experience - 4-6+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, systems integration, or enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with OneLake, Lakehouse architecture, data pipelines, and data modeling.
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboards and semantic models.
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, financial, or operational platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, access controls, and data quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week.
Preferred Experience Experience with NetSuite, OfficeRnD, Abacum, low-code automation platforms, Microsoft Fabric/Azure/Power BI certifications, or experience in startup, real estate, or coworking environments is preferred.
