JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Analytics Solutions Associate within Consumer and Community Banking, you willpartnercloselywith Internal Audit teams as well as peers to design relevant audit testing thatleveragesdata.This includes strong interpersonal skills to clarify requests, help shape andidentifyrequirements, and continually report on progress.In addition, you will develop and leverage skills for sourcing,cleansingand staging data, developing data analytic solutions, and supporting/developing data science initiatives. You will work with peers and audit stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the data and architecturein order todeliver relevant solutions and results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Propose,buildand execute data analyticsand data sciencesolutions in support of the full Audit life-cycleobjectivesusing tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau, Agentic Studio, Smart SDKand others.
  • Work closelywith, andmanage stakeholder relationships to helpdetermineand drive the audit plan.
  • Help to develop repeatable analytics & tools geared toward efficiency and Auditor 1self-service 2 capabilities.
  • Design and developdataanalyticsand data sciencesolutions to support non-cycle basedaudit activities, including continuous auditing, continuous monitoring, automatedtestingand advanced testing.
  • Understand key Data Management concepts and apply Analytics to support audit testing
  • Manage multiple deliverables according to timelines and budget.
  • Stay abreast of new tools and technologies toassistthe team in creating the most efficient and effective data solutions.
  • Regularly provide views and perspectives on data analytics and data science applicability across various forums and audiences.

RequiredQualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • ABachelor's degree in Technology, data analytics, datascienceor related discipline
  • 3+years of related Audit, Data Analytics, Data Science experience
  • Experience working with large complex data sets, drawing conclusions and reporting findings
  • Proven and recenttrack recordof developing and delivering sustainable analytical solutions, should be prepared to describe such use cases
  • Detailed knowledge of technology infrastructure, databases, and associated risk and controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and partnership skills
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve successfully
  • Ability to oversee, and deliver on several tasks concurrently
  • Basic knowledge of Data Management principles
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountabilitywhile working through ambiguity
  • A high levelof professional maturity and the ability to work/deliver with limited supervision

PreferredQualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of core bank retail functions is a plus
  • Knowledge of relevant US based regulations is a plus
