Job DescriptionThe Data Analytics Senior Consultant partners with Finance teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. This hands-on role leads high-impact analytics projects from requirements through implementation, combining financial understanding with technical expertise to deliver trusted datasets, semantic models, reporting solutions, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex analytics initiatives from requirements through delivery, validation, and implementation.
- Partner with Finance teams to translate business questions and financial processes into clear data and solution requirements.
- Build scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, and advanced Excel.
- Develop and maintain trusted datasets, semantic models, calculations, and reporting solutions.
- Validate data sources, business rules, and financial metrics to ensure accurate and consistent results.
- Support migration from legacy data sources and tools to modern Fabric-based solutions.
- Establish best practices for data sourcing, transformation, quality, documentation, governance, and reporting.
- Coach analysts and enable Finance teams through technical consultation, training, and reusable solutions.
Experience:- 3 or more years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Experience delivering complex analytics solutions from requirements through implementation.
- Experience working with Finance, insurance, or other business partners is preferred.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
