The successful candidate will translate business requirements into actionable insights, collaborate across functions, and communicate findings effectively to influence stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data governance principles is essential to drive data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support Walmart's commitment to excellence.

The team specializes in aligning forecasted workload with capacity to identify risks and ensure efficient operations. Utilizing expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau, the team delivers actionable insights. Members collaborate to select appropriate data sources, maintain data quality, and apply advanced analytical methods to address business challenges. Supporting strategic decision-making, the team translates complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations. What you'll do:

  • Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations and reports to support decision-making across multiple business domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and provide actionable business insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
