As a Data & Analytics Engineer, you will work with business and technical teams to improve processes through data, analytics, automation, and digital tools. Your day may include gathering requirements, building or enhancing dashboards, data pipelines, applications, or automated workflows, and connecting systems to improve visibility and efficiency. You will help translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions that support better decision-making and operational performance. You will also support testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement to ensure successful adoption.

Develop and enhance digital solutions for reporting, analytics, process automation, and operational improvement
Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, applications, and workflow automation tools

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digitalization, data analytics, software development, automation, or a related field. Working experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL, reporting, data integration, or ETL/ELT tools.
Familiarity with programming, scripting, or automation tools such as VB.NET, C#.NET, Python, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar technologies. Working experience in ASP.NET Core or VB.NET is a plus.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
