We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Modeler for a long-term engagement running from June 2026 to May 2027, requiring Reliability Status clearance. This role sits within an enterprise data environment supporting Data Solutions Operations (DSO), where the successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical data teams, translating business requirements into scalable, well-governed data products on an enterprise data platform.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling, with strong hands-on expertise in SQL programming (7+ years), data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), and ETL design and development, including reverse engineering legacy systems such as DataStage. This role requires deep experience across modern data ecosystems, including Azure Data Platform, Databricks medallion architecture, Python, and Apache Spark, along with a strong understanding of data integration, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality design artifacts, including data flows, mapping documents, and solution blueprints aligned with enterprise data governance and architecture standards.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly document requirements and support solution sign-off. Experience with Agile delivery environments, CI/CD practices, Denodo, Power BI, and data modeling tools such as erWin will be considered strong assets. A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, and bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
