Data Analyst

Location: National Capital Region

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000

We are actively seeking a Data Analyst to support our civilian client. This role will collect, organize, analyze, and report data in support of supply chain risk management activities, while helping develop and maintain databases, reports, tracking tools, and data storage systems for ASPR (Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response) program and contracting offices.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Work Description:

In support of this civilian client, the Data Analyst will collect and analyze data for supply chain risk management, organize information for functional reporting, and create and maintain a variety of reports. The Data Analyst will coordinate statistical data analysis by collecting, organizing, and tracking information across multiple reporting needs. This role will also participate in the development and design of databases for tracking and statistical purposes, manage storage and backup systems, support ASPR Program and Contracting offices with data fields and reporting requirements, manage projects, and respond quickly to status inquiries.

Responsibilities: The Data Analyst will support tasks such as:
  • Collect and analyze data in support of supply chain risk management activities
  • Organize data to support functional reporting and decision-making
  • Create, maintain, and update a variety of reports for program and contracting stakeholders
  • Coordinate statistical data analysis by collecting, organizing, and tracking information for numerous reports
  • Participate in the development and design of databases for tracking and statistical purposes
  • Incorporate multiple data fields required by ASPR Program and Contracting offices into databases, reports, and tracking tools
  • Manage storage and backup systems to support data availability and continuity
  • Manage assigned projects and respond quickly to inquiries regarding project or data status

Minimum Requirements:
  • U. S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience performing data analysis
  • Knowledge of market and database research protocols
  • Experience organizing, analyzing, and tracking data for reports or decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience supporting supply chain risk management, market research, or federal program data analysis activities
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting databases, dashboards, tracking systems, or recurring reports
  • Experience coordinating statistical analysis and reporting across multiple stakeholders or program offices
  • Experience supporting federal health, public health, emergency preparedness, or HHS-related mission areas
