We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Data Analyst to join our team at K&A Power Group in

Role Expectations: - Support data analytics, reporting automation, and performance monitoring initiatives to enhance project execution, supplier performance, process automation, financial transparencies
- Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards
- Developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Performing data extraction, transformation, and analysis from systems such as Maximo, Oracle Primavera, Workday, and Fieldglass
- Creating and maintaining KPI reports for Engineering and Supplier performance.
- Supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and other operational areas, including close collaboration with other corporate functions such as IT, finance, etc.
- Provide following deliverables
- Fully functional and interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Automated reporting workflows.
- Data Integration and process improvement
- Documentation of data models, transformation logic, and process flows.
- Monthly performance reports and KPI summaries
What we're looking for: - Bachelors Degree in Business related fields
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL
- Familiarity with DAX, SSRS, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
- 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively.
