Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data from diverse sources and formats, with familiarity or willingness to utilize AI applications for advanced data analytics. This role is categorized as a Consultant and reports directly to practice group partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with partners to analyze hospital and other source data for claim evaluation.
• Review and assess data to determine King & Spalding bills based on client reimbursements.
• Evaluate datasets to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Assess the impact of business decisions on reimbursement outcomes.
• Generate comprehensive reports for lawyer review, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Manage both billable and non-billable work streams as directed by practice group partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis in multiple formats (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, cloud platforms).
• Familiarity or willingness to learn and use AI applications for data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in written reports.
• Collaborative approach to working with partners and cross-functional teams.

Pay Transparency Range:
Washington, DC and Virginia: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $90,000 - $110,000.
The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
