About the Role:

We are searching for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team with a strong focus on building highquality Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs. This role partners closely with business teams to understand business drivers, data needs, answer complex questions, and translate insights into clear, actionable visualizations. Youll communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences, contribute to crossfunctional initiatives, and help support data quality and consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelors degree or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 5+ years of data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work is Required.

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python for advanced analysis is Required.

  • Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) is Required.

  • Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI is Required.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
