Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis in maritime and subsea domains
  • Develop and maintain target intelligence packages for operational needs
  • Identify intelligence gaps and submit collection requirements
  • Produce timely intelligence products, including threat assessments
  • Provide direct support to operational planning for subsea activities and missions
  • Support real-time operational intelligence during exercises and deployments
  • Deliver briefings to military leaders and interagency partners

Full Job Description
At a minimum, this position requires:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from a fully credited college or university
  • Ten (10) years of operational fleet experience qualified in an Undersea Warfare (USW) specialty area (Submarines, NSW, Intelligence, EOD/Diving or Engineering Duty), or experience supporting Flag/General Officer-level staffs responsible for
    operations, acquisitions or resource programs' management, to support a broad understanding of technical requirements of data calls and presentations
  • Warfare area experience to include: ASW (SWO or Aviator), Submarines, Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs)/Robotic & Autonomous Systems or Meteorology & Oceanography (METOC).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical and program execution management support related to analysis, technology improvement, and reporting of S&T and space-based remote sensing program scientific and engineering research
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and finalizing reports related to historic, current, and planned program accomplishments for Flag Officer, Congressional Staff and public presentation
  • Experience coordinating with executive, program officer/manager, staff personnel and other stake holders to ensure processes and workflows function efficiently
  • Staff experience (OPNAV, JCS, OSD, or similar).
  • Experience creating quad charts, coordinating meetings, response to RFI's, understanding budget cycles, and other official tasker responses.

Desired additional qualifications:
  • Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
  • Fleet Engineering qualification(s)
  • Data science certification(s)
  • Master's degree in a technical field, business or public management
  • Experience working with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
  • Completion of core training requirements required for Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Science and Technology Manager (S&TM) Level I or completion of Foundational training requirements for Engineering and Technical Management
  • Requirement for 10 years of experience may be reduced to eight (8) years of experience with current certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP)
