Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Data & AI organization as Data & AI Enablement Lead. This role is central toenhancing enterprise adoption by enabling employees to confidently access, understand, and apply trusted data, analytics, and AI capabilities to drive business outcomes. You will lead the development of scalable enablement programs, communities, and learning experiences that increase self-service, strengthen data and AI literacy, and help enhance our data-driven culture, scale AI adoption, and empowers teams to make informed decisions with confidence. What you'll do: • Translate the enterprise Data & AI enablement strategy into scalable programs, communities, tools, and initiatives that increase adoption, strengthen self-service capabilities, and enable measurable business outcomes. • Curate and evolve a centralized destination for tools, standards, learning resources, use cases, and success stories that enable self-service and cross-functional collaboration. • Establish persona-based learning pathways, awareness programs, and enablement initiatives that build confidence and capability across business and technology teams. • Partner with business units, architects, and platform teams to connect users with fit-for-purpose solutions, trusted data, and reusable assets to improve productivity, efficiency and customer outcomes • Establish and track metrics that demonstrate growth in adoption, literacy, self-service utilization, community engagement, and business outcomes. What you bring: • Proven experience in Data and AI enablement, community building, change management, or enterprise transformation roles. • Experience developing and executing adoption, enablement, or business transformation programs that deliver measurable outcomes. • Experience building communities of practice, self-service programs, knowledge platforms, or enterprise learning initiatives. • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI ecosystems and the factors that drive successful adoption at scale. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and the ability to translate vision into scalable programs and measurable outcomes. • Experience with modern data and AI platforms. • Collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a passion for empowering others.
