Our challengeWe are seeking a DART Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning, business analysis, performance reporting, and execution of initiatives within the DART organization. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and business information into actionable recommendations.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k - CAD $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The RoleResponsibilities:- Support strategic planning, roadmap development, and business-prioritization activities.
- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and market or organizational trends.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and decision materials.
- Conduct financial, operational, and scenario analyses.
- Track strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Gather and synthesize information from business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
- Support governance forums, planning cycles, and executive updates.
- Develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Coordinate with project and delivery teams to monitor execution.
Requirements:- Experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Ability to build clear business cases, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:- Experience in capital markets, banking, financial planning, or technology strategy.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with project governance, portfolio management, and operating-model design.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
