Job Role
Lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer using Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Power Platform
Define and deliver a scalable multi-brand, multi-tenant CRM architecture integrated with CDP and enterprise systems
Architect Finance, Order Management, and Commerce capabilities using D365 F&O, including B2B and B2C flows
Enable seamless cross-system orchestration between CE, F&O, CDP, and external platforms (e.g., Shopify, partner ecosystems)
Establish design standards, data models, and experience patterns across the Skylark platform
Implement event-driven architecture and integration frameworks for real-time data flow
Provide technical leadership during mobilization, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability goals
Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
Omnichannel for Customer Engagement
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Dataverse and Power Platform
Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations
Strong understanding of:
Customer 360 and CDP integration models
Event-driven and API-led architecture
Experience with:
Order management, billing, and financial processes
B2B and B2C commerce solutions
Integration with external platforms (e.g., Shopify)
Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Microsoft certifications in D365 (CE/F&O) or Power Platform
Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-brand ecosystems
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integration tools
Experience with enterprise integration patterns (microservices, messaging, ESB)
Exposure to large-scale transformation programs and agile delivery models

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
