Ce que tu feras

Tu concevras et déploieras des pipelines de données batch et streaming hautement performants en transformant l'architecture globale en solutions d'ingénierie concrètes. Tu optimiseras l'infrastructure cloud pour maximiser l'efficacité et la performance tout en encadrant les ingénieur• e• s intermédiaires de l'équipe. L'intégration de l'IA fait partie intégrante de notre modèle opérationnel, ce qui signifie que tu participeras à la restructuration de la production et de la livraison du code pour automatiser l'évaluation de nos pipelines. En étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de science des données et de produits, tu assureras la robustesse de nos produits de données du début à la fin.

• Tu as déjà transformé la façon dont ton équipe collabore autour de l'IA, en mettant en place des systèmes partagés et en élevant le niveau de compétence technique globale de ton entourage.
• Tu possèdes une expertise pratique des architectures en temps réel et événementielles comme Kafka, et tu sais automatiser les frameworks de surveillance pour les flux critiques.
• Tu penses comme un• e ingénieur• e logiciel chevronné• e, appliquant naturellement les meilleures pratiques de tests, de révision de code, de CI/CD et de gestion d'infrastructure as code.

What You'll Be Doing

You will design and implement resilient batch and streaming data pipelines, translating high-level architecture into actionable engineering solutions. You will optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency while mentoring intermediate engineers across the team. Our delivery model actively integrates advanced automation, so you will help restructure how our pipelines and tools are built, reviewed, and delivered around intelligent systems. Working closely with data scientists and product teams, you will ensure our mission-critical data flows remain scalable and trusted end to end.

• You bring deep hands-on experience with real-time streaming architectures and have successfully scaled automated monitoring and data quality frameworks for critical pipelines.
• You possess a strong software engineering foundation, applying robust testing, version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code to everything you build.
• You are a natural technical mentor who collaborates effectively across functional teams to translate complex architecture into high-leverage business outcomes.
