OPAL-RT Technologies est à la recherche d'un Développeur en Automatisation Assurance Qualité.

Dépassement et défis stimulants :

Sous la supervision du Chef de programme, le Développeur en Automatisation Assurance Qualité travaillera dans un environnement dynamique inspiré des méthodes Agile et sera amené à participer activement au développement de produits OPAL-RT. Il aura comme mandat de participer activement à l'évolution de nos plateformes de simulation en temps réel en suivant une approche de programmation pilotée par le comportement (behavior driven development ou BDD).

Principales responsabilités :

• Collaborer étroitement avec le gardien des requis, le propriétaire du produit et les développeurs dans le développement de fonctionnalités .
• Mener la découverte, la spécification et le pilotage de produits OPAL-RT selon BDD.
• Rédiger et suivre des scénarios de tests, manuels et automatisés.
• Collaborer en équipe dans un environnement Agile.
• Implémenter, exécuter, maintenir et documenter des tests automatisés (Python, TypeScript).
• Intégrer les tests dans l'environnement d'intégration continue (Jenkins/Groovy).

Exigences :

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, informatique ou équivalent.
• Expérience : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en automatisation de tests et/ou développement logiciel et/ou assurance qualité.
• Compétences requises :
  • Réalisation de tests d'intégration et de tests automatisés (Python, TypeScript).
  • Expérience avec les technologies d'intégration continue (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI,...).
  • Connaissances des bonnes pratiques d'automatisation des tests et en intégration de l'AI pour l'assurance-qualité.
• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire. Un niveau en Anglais avancé est requis pour la lecture de littérature technique disponible uniquement en anglais.
• Compétences recherchées :
  • Autonomie, curiosité, bonne communication interpersonnelle, esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à interpréter des requis et les mettre en relation avec les tests.
  • Capacité à investiguer et simplifier les bogues trouvés lors de l'assurance qualité.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes de tests automatisés, d'intégration continue et le travail en milieu Agile.

OPAL-RT Technologies is looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Developeré

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Quality Assurance Automation Developer will work in a dynamic environment inspired by Agile methodologies and will actively contribute to the development of OPAL-RT products. The role involves actively participating in the evolution of our real-time simulation platforms by following a behavior-driven development (BDD) approach.

Main responsibilities:
• Closely collaborate with the requirements owner, product owner, and developers in the development of features.
• Lead the discovery, specification, and guidance of OPAL-RT products using BDD.
• Write and maintain test scenarios, both manual and automated.
• Collaborate within a team in an Agile environment.
• Implement, execute, maintain, and document automated tests (Python, TypeScript).
• Integrate tests into the continuous integration environment (Jenkins/Groovy).

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in test automation and/or software development and/or quality assurance.
• Required skills:

o Experience with integration testing and automated testing (Python, TypeScript).
o Experience with continuous integration technologies (Jenkins, GitLab-CI, etc.).
o Knowledge of best practices in test automation and integration of AI for quality assurance.
• Language skills: French required. An advanced level of English is required for reading technical literature available only in English.
• Desired competencies:
o Autonomy, curiosity, strong interpersonal communication skills, team spirit.
o Ability to interpret requirements and relate them to tests.
o Ability to investigate and simplify bugs found during quality assurance.
