Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as intelligence planner supporting USCYBERCOM Joint Task Force (JTF)
  • Understands JPP; provides intelligence planningsupport forJTF campaign plan development
  • Participates on command IPTs and OPTsto inform planningand COA development/evaluation
  • Supports command operational assessments processassistingin building and refining MOEs/indicators
  • Provides target development and target systems analysis support for JTF J3 OCO and IO planning
  • Applies wide range of intel analytic skills and tools tomonitor, assess, and report on adversary target systemsidentifyingvulnerabilitiestoenable friendly intel,OCO and IOto meet mission objectives
  • Assistswithstakeholder/partnermanagement; advises/facilitatesactions to enhance relationships andbuild collaboration opportunities toachieve mutual mission objectives/outcomes
  • Supports decision-making and special projects by the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership.Guides/develops reports and briefings
  • Develops analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists.Conducts reviews,identifiesgaps, recommends solutions, and ensures alignment with command strategies and operational guidance
  • Capable of facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures to support target system analysis and subsequent intelligence and operational planning activities
  • Coaches, trains, and mentors other personnel

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber or SIGINT focus
  • Minimum of High School Diploma.Bachelor27s degree or higher desired
  • Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities, strong attention to detail
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Highly Desired:

  • Experience infast-pacedenvironmentdirectlysupportingthe senior leadership of anorganization
  • Advanced understanding ofanalysis andtarget developmentsupportforOCO and IO
  • Joint Targeting School (JTS) or equivalent Service targeting school highly desired
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with IC and other inter-agencypartners
  • Understands full range of intelligence support including analysis, collections, targeting, and planning
  • Demonstrated maturity incommunications,professionalin manner. Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and need to know

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual27s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
