Responsibilities

  • Conduct credentialed ACAS vulnerability, configuration (STIG), and discovery scans ensuring required scan periodicity and complete asset coverage.
  • Upload and validate scan results to required repositories ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation efforts while performing rescans to validate actions.
  • Develop and maintain scan artifacts, POA&Ms, mitigation statements, and risk documentation for ATO/ATU sustainment.
  • Troubleshoot scan execution issues and provide compliance status updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support cybersecurity inspections, assessments, and audit readiness activities.

SAIC is searching for a Cybersecurity Ops Analyst to join our team supporting the JEXC2 Program, based in Panama City, FL.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to support enterprise vulnerability management across Navy systems and networks. The successful candidate will execute Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) vulnerability scans, ensure compliance with FLTCYBERCOM scanning directives, support remediation efforts, and provide reporting and documentation necessary to sustain system cybersecurity posture and authorization. This position requires strong experience with ACAS/Nessus, vulnerability management processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with system owners, engineers, administrators, and cybersecurity stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct credentialed ACAS vulnerability, configuration (STIG), and discovery scans in accordance with system owner guidance while maintaining required scan periodicity and 100% asset coverage.
  • Upload complete scan results to required repositories (ACAS, VRAM, etc) and validate reporting accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and perform rescans to validate corrective actions.
  • Support continuous monitoring by developing and maintaining scan artifacts, POA&Ms, mitigation statements, and risk documentation required for ATO/ATU sustainment.
