Full Job Description
Steptoe LLP is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience counseling clients on government cybersecurity matters to join our Government Contracts practice in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on government cybersecurity requirements and compliance obligations. A background in computer science and/or auditing is a plus. Certifications such as CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP), Certified Cybersecurity Practitioner (CCP), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) are preferred.

Steptoe's Government Contracts team offers deep experience in all phases of government contracting, from formation and negotiation to performance, compliance, and dispute resolution. We advise clients on a broad range of government contracts and regulatory matters, including government cybersecurity requirements, compliance and risk management issues, audits and assessments, and related regulatory matters affecting government contractors.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors such as relevant skills, education, and professional licenses.
