PeopleTec is currently seeking aCybersecurity Analyst Intermediate (IAM II) to support our Colorado Springs location.

Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for executing the following essential functions in support of the contract mission.

Essential Functions:

• Applies knowledge of Cyber policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish enclave security-related goals
• Supervises IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification
• Reports to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements
• Leads cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites

Required Education / Experience:

• Bachelors in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience
  • Acceptable alternative: Bachelors degree in other than STEM/Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects
  • Acceptable alternative: Associate degree in STEM/Cyber-related field with 10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects
• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II Certification prior to accepting position 6 no exceptions
• eMASS Certification prior to accepting position 6 no exceptions

Clearance:

• Secret Clearance with the eligibility for Top Secret (SOW)

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

• Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

• Some travel is expected for this position.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is ~$125,000 - $131,000; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
