THE WORKAs a Software Engineer you will:
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
• Candidate must possess active security clearance with a polygraph.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $91200.00 - $169400.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
