Senior Manager, Advanced Cyber Threat Response, Forensics and Technical Remediation Integration Lead

Deloitte's Cyber Defense & Resilience practice helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents. As a Senior Manager, Advanced Cyber Threat Response, Forensics and Technical Remediation Integration Lead, you will quarterback complex client engagements, advise client technical and business leaders, and advance crisis and incident response and technical resilience offerings.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Advanced Cyber Threat Response, Forensics and Technical Remediation Integration Lead on the Cyber Defense & Resilience team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead cyber incident response and digital forensics engagements, including readiness, investigation, containment, remediation, recovery, and lessons learned.
  • Establish the incident response structure and tactical & strategic direction, ensuring Deloitte internal processes are complete.
  • Advise client technical, business and executive leadership on response decisions, technical findings, remediation orchestration and strategies to allow the organization to emerge from an incident stronger and more resilient than before.
  • Direct engagement delivery through deep understanding of DFIR forensics/tooling (to include proprietary AI), workplans, risk management, technical quality reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Integrate Deloitte's broader cross business expertise in recovery services to include AI, Digital Transformation, Tax/Legal, Audit/Assurance along with technical solutions drawn from our Alliance partners
  • Lead and develop United States and United States-India teams through work allocation, coaching, and coordinated delivery.
  • Advance crisis and incident response and technical resilience offerings through reusable methods, technology evaluations, training, and thought leadership.

The team

Deloitte's Cyber Defense & Resilience practice combines incident response, digital forensics, technical resilience, and cyber transformation capabilities. The team works with clients to build and test scalable readiness, response, and recovery programs informed by evolving threats and recognized standards.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in cyber incident response, cyber resilience, digital forensics, or cyber transformation programs.
  • Experience leading client cyber incident response engagements, including investigation, containment, remediation, recovery, technical quality review, and post-incident activities.
  • Experience designing or improving crisis and incident response or technical resilience programs using National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, or Center for Internet Security (CIS) frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams that deliver cyber incident response, digital forensics, or cyber resilience services.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience developing and delivering cyber incident response, digital forensics, and technical resilience service offerings.
  • Experience presenting incident response findings and recommendations to client executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading distributed United States and United States-India delivery teams.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
