The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of IT CISO team, a Senior Associate, Cyber Security Operations resource - will help advance and operationalize cloud and emerging technology security initiatives across Cyber Security Operations.

This is a hybrid role that bridges technology enablement and day-to-day cyber operations. You will work closely with Cyber Security Operations, Cloud Security Engineering, and Architecture teams to improve how the organization detects, investigates, and responds to security threats, while helping transition emerging security technologies from evaluation into real-world operational use.

You will play a hands-on role in keeping initiatives organized, aligned, and progressing, while directly supporting operational teams and contributing to the continuous modernization of security capabilities.

Emerging threats demand faster detection, smarter response, and modern security controls. This role sits at the intersection of innovation and execution, helping ensure innovative technologies-such as AI-driven security, cloud detection platforms, and automation-are not just evaluated, but effectively integrated into Cyber Security Operations.

Your work will directly support improved risk visibility, faster and more consistent incident response, and stronger cloud security controls.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support evaluation, proof-of-concept (PoC), and pilot activities for emerging security technologies, including AI, cloud security platforms, and automation solutions.
  • Coordinate efforts, track progress, and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and program managers.
  • Assist Cyber Security Operations with analysis and investigation of security events and incidents.
  • Support the development and refinement of incident response processes, playbooks, workflows, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance detection, response, and security visibility capabilities.
  • Identify and develop use cases for applying AI and automation within security operations.
  • Lead documentation, reporting, and milestone tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aligned with security best practices.
