ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Required Qualifications
- Mustpossessan active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4additionalyears of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent;
- 6+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, 2red teaming2, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
- 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
- Experience analyzing current andemergingintelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools;
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space;
- Knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC
Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
