Job Description & SummaryAs a Cyber Generalist, Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:
- Project delivery, as required by the scope of specific client engagements, which includes Assessment/Strategy through to the Design, Implementation and Optimization of data protection solutions and products.
- Engagement management, including project planning, budget management, and resource management.
- Practice development, including work on delivery methodology, training, and sales and marketing materials.
- Personal professional development as a Cybersecurity and Privacy subject-matter specialist, including continuous vendor and industry training, attending conferences, specific products and solutions, self-study.
- Multi-tasking on multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with other Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on different projects as required.
- Coach and train new and/or more junior team members to become an integral part of the Cybersecurity & Privacy Consulting practice and PwC family.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Technical designations such as GICSP, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, CGEIT, ITIL, PCI QSA, CIPP/C, TOGAF, SABSA or CISM.
- Solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical data protection issues to senior executives within the context of their business.
- Familiar with security and privacy frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership qualities when working in a team and the ability to be recognized as the subject matter specialist in data protection when our client requires.
- Ability to identify Cybersecurity and Privacy opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the clients' needs.
- Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to develop and manage mid-level relationships; strong facilitation and delivery skills.
- The ability to work on a number of projects, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
