Job TitleCyber Compliance Analyst
About your role:You will support Cyber risk, compliance, regulatory, and operational activities that help protect Fiserv and meet internal, regulatory, and client obligations. You will work across cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and business teams to maintain key program activities, support testing and remediation, and contribute to clear, accurate reporting. Your work will help strengthen security posture, maintain PCI compliance, and support readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
What you'll do:- Maintain and update internal cyber website content to keep information accurate, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Facilitate penetration testing activities and track remediation efforts to address identified findings and strengthen security controls.
- Review cyber changes and support Cyber Change Activity Board meetings to help maintain effective change governance.
- Develop and maintain scripts, reports, or analysis tools to identify impacted banking clients and support regulatory reporting.
- Support Federal Banking Agency audit activities by translating technical information into clear business and regulatory language.
- Contribute to SOC, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and Payment Card Industry (PCI) program activities through documentation, coordination, and control support.
- Partner with technical, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to support cyber program, compliance, and operational priorities.
Experience you'll need to have:- 4+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, compliance, audit, or regulatory programs.
- 4+ years of experience working with cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, penetration testing, change management, or compliance activities.
- 4+ years of experience translating technical information into business, audit, or regulatory communications and deliverables.
- Experience using reporting, data analysis, scripting, or automation tools to support operational or compliance reporting.
- Ability to coordinate work across technical teams, compliance teams, and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, information systems, risk management, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Familiarity with PCI, Service Organization Control (SOC), SOX, or Federal Banking Agency regulatory expectations.
- Experience supporting client contractual compliance requirements.
- Experience maintaining internal communications or knowledge management content for cybersecurity programs.
- Experience supporting audit responses, remediation tracking, or regulatory examinations.
How you'll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Travel: No travel.

Salary Range$90,000.00 - $144,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
