Overview

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Assessment Analyst to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

 

Serves as a Cyber Assessment Analyst supporting a Department of Defense cyber assessment program. Performs detailed analysis of cyber assessment results, operational observations, technical findings, and supporting data to identify trends, recurring issues, capability gaps, and mission-impacting shortfalls.

 

Supports the development, validation, and refinement of assessment reports and analytical products intended to inform senior leaders and operational stakeholders regarding cybersecurity posture, mission assurance, and cyber readiness. Reviews assessment findings for technical accuracy, consistency, completeness, and traceability to supporting evidence.

 

Key Duties

  • Analyze cyber assessment results, technical findings, observations, and supporting data.
  • Conduct trend and cross-assessment analysis to identify recurring cybersecurity and mission-assurance issues.
  • Support validation of assessment reports and associated findings prior to final publication.
  • Identify technical and operational shortfalls and assist in assessing their potential mission impact.
  • Develop briefing materials, analytical summaries, and other products supporting senior-leader decision-making.
  • Coordinate with assessment teams, Action Officers, technical subject-matter experts, and supported organizations to clarify and validate findings.
  • Support development and improvement of assessment methodologies, reporting processes, and analytical products.
  • Participate in assessment planning and execution activities as required to gain operational context for subsequent analysis.
  • Maintain and organize assessment information and supporting documentation in accordance with program requirements.
  • Travel as required to support assessment, planning, validation, and coordination activities.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience and 10 years of directly related specialized experience
  • Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
  • Experience supporting large-scale exercises
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements

20%-30%

COMPENSATION:

125,000-145,000
