Role Overview The Corporate Vice President, Digital Service Portfolio Governance is responsible for operationalizing the Digital Service strategy by establishing the governance, planning discipline, and operating rhythm needed to drive alignment, transparency, and execution across the Digital Service portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Service Strategy & Enablement, this role serves as a central integrator of planning and execution across Digital Service. The role provides leaders and enterprise stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
Working across Service and business teams, this role brings structure to complex, cross-functional priorities and enables timely, informed decision-making. Through strong portfolio governance, disciplined planning, and matrixed influence, the role helps ensure Digital Service operates efficiently
What You'll Do- Lead portfolio governance and prioritization: Establish and manage governance frameworks, forums, escalation paths, intake processes, and decision criteria across the Digital Service portfolio, enabling consistent evaluation, sequencing, and advancement of business, compliance, and strategic priorities.
- Drive portfolio planning and transparency: Integrates strategic priorities into integrated portfolio plans and provide standardized reporting, dashboards, and executive materials that give leaders clear visibility into progress, investments, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Establish the Digital Service operating rhythm: Lead the planning and coordination of key organizational and enterprise cadences, including leadership forums, summits, quarterly business meetings, and other critical business moments, reinforcing consistency in priorities, messaging, and execution expectations.
- Enable executive decision-making: Synthesize complex inputs from across Service Value Streams and enterprise partners into clear insights and recommendations, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and investment implications to support timely senior leadership decisions.
- Drive cross-functional integration and execution: Serve as a central connector across Digital Service, Service Opeations, and business stakeholders, facilitating planning and resolving cross-functional dependencies so initiatives are executed as integrated solutions and deliver intended business outcomes.
What You'll BringRequired Skills- 12+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, digital transformation, large-scale operations, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience translating strategy into coordinated execution.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio governance, operating models, planning disciplines, intake and prioritization practices, and decision frameworks within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes through influence in highly matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify interdependencies and risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into concise, actionable insights and influence decisions across Service, Technology, and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience, combined with the judgment, business acumen, and organizational skills needed to manage multiple enterprise priorities with a high degree of independence.
Preferred Skills- Experience supporting digital service, customer experience, technology, or enterprise transformation portfolios within a large, complex organization.
- Experience developing executive-level portfolio reporting, dashboards, governance materials, and decision-support frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to improve portfolio management practices, operating rhythms, or governance processes to increase organizational transparency, alignment, and execution effectiveness.
Pay TransparencySalary Range: $125,000-$160,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
