Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of relevant customs brokerage experience or equivalent education and training
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret business documentation and regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities for complex issues
• Capability to follow diverse instructional formats (written, oral, diagrammatic).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily team communication to address issues and escalations
• Lead root cause analysis and solution implementation for troubleshooting
• Monitor team productivity and allocate new accounts or daily tasks
• Onboard new customers efficiently
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee employee management including training, evaluation, and coaching
• Review reports to eliminate errors, particularly financial reports
• Maintain standard operating procedures for customers.
