Vous serez le point focal technique auprès des clients, responsable de la performance et du succès des déploiements en conditions réelles. You will act as the primary technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful deployment and sustained performance of mission-critical systems.   • Point de contact technique principal; animation des revues / Primary technical contact; lead reviews and discussions
  • Pilotage des livrables radar (HW/SW, mises à jour, options) / Own radar system deliverables across lifecycle
  • Déploiement, configuration et optimisation terrain / Support field deployment and optimisation
  • Résolution des enjeux de performance / Troubleshoot system issues
  • Coordination interne (ingénierie, production, support) / Drive cross-functional execution
