Customer Support Operations Specialist

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for the role of Customer Support Operations Specialist within our Point of Care division based out of Princeton, NJ, and this is an on-site role.

Abbott Point of Care empowers smarter, faster decision-making at the point of care with a full range of diagnostic products and services designed to deliver accurate results in minutes, enabling clinicians to improve patient outcomes and streamline care.

As the Customer Support Operations Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to resolve customer inquiries and manage order processing. You will ensure order accuracy and support a consistent customer experience.

What You'll Work On
  • Resolve inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to products, services, and order status.

The base pay for this position is
$29.15 - $58.35/hour
