Customer Supply Business Process Expert Lead

Franklin, TN

The Customer Supply Business Process Expert (BPE) Lead is a process-focused leader who standardizes ways of working, optimizes operational tools, and leans into automation to drive efficiencies in support of our Customer Supply teams. Serving as a crucial liaison between our Digital and Customer Supply teams, this role helps translate operational needs into automated, system-driven solutions for major initiatives. Ultimately, you will champion a high-performance culture by bridging daily supply operations with modern digital workflows.

What are we looking for?

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a closely related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive business experience specifically within supply chain operations or broader supply functions.
  • Proven experience managing, troubleshooting, or optimizing supply chain systems and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of business experience in supply and/or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical horsepower combined with strategic thinking-the ability to look past the numbers to identify patterns and recommend business actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate capability in Power BI to build and interpret dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience managing, troubleshooting, or optimizing supply chain systems/tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence partners across different business functions.


Preferred:
  • Experience with ERP or planning tool (like SAP, JDA/BlueYonder, or Kinaxis)
  • Familiarity with inventory management, demand forecasting, or S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) software.


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Drive continuous improvement / root-cause analyses on operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve process compliance, and boost team efficiency.
  • Serve as a functional owner & liaison between the Supply team and the Digital teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications for large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate on shaping and executing the Customer Supply Digital Roadmap, prioritizing, and ensuring new systems, tools, and digital capabilities seamlessly align with day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a hands-on leader to train, coach, and upskill the team on process, tools, and best practices.
  • Establish, document, and maintain end-to-end process standardization across Customer Supply to support Customer Collaboration teams.
  • Eliminate manual tracking by driving the design, adoption, and maintenance of automated reporting solutions and data dashboards.
  • Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement, ownership, and process discipline across the Customer Supply function.
