This position will be covering territory parts of Orange and Rockland Counties in New York. Main cities include, but are not limited to Chester NY, Florida, NY, Haverstraw, NY, Stony Point NY, Beacon, NY.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Description:

The Customer Success Job Family focuses on cultivating strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities by ensuring satisfaction, promoting service adoption, and supporting business goals. The Customer Success Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic engagement, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role also manages a high volume of accounts, contributing to scalable retention and revenue growth.

Provides specific functional or subject matter expertise. Primary focus is individual expertise. Skills are typically acquired through university education and experience within a field. May lead others in the capacity of a "player coach", typically leading smaller teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications & Territory Information:
  • Daily travel is required. Candidates must have access to reliable and presentable transportation. Overnight travel is typically not required for in-territory customer visits.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct customer relationship management, or an equivalent combination of experience and skills.
  • Prior people-management experience is not required.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $70.260,00/year to $123.000,00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
