Your Responsibilities

**Per hiring manager discretion, the ideal candidate may be able to work remotely**

As a Customer Success Manager for JD Global Aftermarket & Customer Support located in Johnston, IA, you will:

  • Drive readiness, utilization, and renewals for assigned division(s) of dealers through direct engagement, focused Customer Success execution, and coordinated dealer engagement strategies with field team members.
  • Establish and scale Customer Success capabilities within assigned dealerships, acting as a trusted advisor and coach to dealer teams while educating and enabling them on SaaS offerings to support customer adoption and retention.
  • Drive customer engagement through proactive interventions and utilization-driven events tailored to regional and seasonal dynamics, using adoption, utilization, and renewal insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Serve as the Customer Success team champion for the Premium Precision suite, partnering with product stakeholders to stay informed on performance, priorities, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Success readiness, including onboarding, journey mapping, milestone tracking, and measuring success through establishment of Customer Success functions within dealerships and sustained utilization and renewal of SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers to standardize dealer engagement approaches, share best practices, and serve as an internal advocate for Customer Success excellence across processes, tools, and product-category execution.

  • Customer and Market Analysis: Conducts research and analyzes data without supervision while providing technical guidance as needed in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
  • Experience in Precision Agriculture: Demonstrated experience in the precision agriculture space, with a solid understanding of precision farming technologies and their applications in improving agricultural productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience with Agricultural Equipment Dealers: Proven experience working with agricultural equipment dealers, including building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding dealer operations, and supporting their sales and service efforts.
  • Communications: Effective communicator, particularly when engaging with dealer personnel, field team members, and product teams.
