- Monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities early, and proactively drive successful outcomes.
- Turn customer feedback, usage patterns, and challenges into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and the broader team.
- Help turn successful customers into advocates, references, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with the Head of Customer Success to build and improve the customer journey, playbooks, processes, and operating rhythm.
- Test what works, document it, and help make it repeatable as the function scales.
Who You Are- You're a high-ownership customer operator who combines strong relationship skills with commercial and technical curiosity.
- You have experience managing B2B customers and driving adoption, retention, and expansion, ideally in a technical product environment.
- You're comfortable working with security, engineering, infrastructure, or other technical teams and can quickly learn complex products.
- You're proactive and commercially minded, spotting risks and opportunities before they become problems.
- You're highly organized and comfortable operating without a fully established playbook.
- You're an excellent communicator who can build trust from individual contributors through executive stakeholders.
- You enjoy moving quickly, taking ownership, and helping build something from the ground up.
Qualifications- 4-8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, or another customer-facing role
- Experience managing B2B customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Experience with technical products, ideally cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI
- Strong track record of building customer relationships and driving measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment and helping build processes from scratch
