Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in customer reference marketing or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) content marketing.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and software, including marketing products used in cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions quickly amidst multiple stakeholders, and experience working collaboratively across marketing teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents (e.g., customers, sales, product teams, etc.).

  • Lead the daily operations of the customer reference program and serve as a primary liaison for top Google Cloud accounts.
  • Drive the creation, distribution, and cross-channel promotion of customer advocacy marketing assets.
  • Identify and onboard new reference customers while tracking engagement data to maintain accurate records.
  • Partner daily with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams while advocating internally to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
