Job Duties

As our Customer Solutions Expert 6 Modernization, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed upon sales strategy, policies and procedures for New Building Solutions (NBS) Major Projects. This position will be part of the Major Projects Sales Support team that targets, qualifies and secures NBS Major Projects in the Americas, and establishes strategy for their pursuit. This position includes estimating of Major Projects and partners with the global Major Projects organization to ensure support for the Americas business.

You willbring 5+years of progressive and successfulSales Experience with industry estimating tools and processes to KONE. You will usethe knowledgegained through your 4-year college degree.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role in the USA location is $126,600 6 $166,215. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate27s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in Canada. The hiring range for Canada is

$130,500 6 $171,255.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
