Position Summary: This role supports strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary contact for customers and the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular outreach, issue resolution, and proactive support.
Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Shipping, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.
Support inbound RFQs by providing catalog, contract, and price-list information.
Review and resolve contract discrepancies, pricing questions, and customer documentation issues.
Identify process improvements that strengthen customer service, response time, and account support.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
5–7 years of customer service, order entry, or account support experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience reviewing contracts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer RFQs.
Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, customer portals, and business data analysis.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including inventory, shipping, vendor coordination, and customer specifications.
Ability to partner with customers, engineers, management, and internal teams to support account growth and service improvements.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $69,200.00 - $103,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
