Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $45 - $55 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

* Plan, organise, and manage all phases of painting projects, from initial client consultation to final sign-off.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met.
* Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with painting crews, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with our quality standards and safety regulations.
