Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Serve as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) supporting customers at PD ALTESS. Provides full life cycle support including documentation, project management and relationship management for customers at PD ALTESS. Works closely with the engineering team to deliver customer requirements. Negotiates and prepares Service Agreements. Prepares cost estimates and tracks project budget. Creates and monitors project plans for various customer requirements. Provides interface between PD ALTESS and technical teams to manage projects to schedule. Uses ServiceNow system to enter and monitor customer requirements. Coordinates and participates in customer meetings and clearly communicates project status and issues to customers. Basic cybersecurity knowledge is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing project management support in an IT environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Excel.

- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools to support effective project planning, budgeting, and execution. This includes utilizing tools to track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies to deliver custom development solutions or manage the Maintenance and Support of applications, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering regular project status updates to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience using ServiceNow

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
