Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for some of our most strategic customers. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solutions and services.

In this highly visible role, you will proactively engage with customers, understand their business objectives, anticipate challenges, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to foster long-term relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement will directly contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and business growth.

You will report directly to the Customer Relationship Director and work in a hybrid environment at our designated office location.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary advocate and trusted partner for Platinum and Diamond-tier customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain strategic customer relationships while gaining a deep understanding of customer business goals and operational needs.
  • Deliver proactive, customer-centric support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer feedback, performance metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and drive continuous process and service improvements.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional solutions, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive-level customer discussions and serve as a key point of contact for escalations and critical business needs.


Qualifications

Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience developing customer relationships and managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • 5+ years of experience solving complex customer challenges and making sound business decisions.
  • 5+ years of experience working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused outcomes.
