Job SummaryThe Customer Relations Manager will oversee the Customer Relations Consultants in their day-to-day operations and ensure our potential and current customers' shipping needs are being met.
Hours and Wages- Exempt salary position
- Starting wage: $70,000-92,500 per year, based on relevant years of experience, education, certifications, and comparison to other employees already in this role
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Relations Consultants
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach goals
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market presence
- Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding tobacco, firearms, alcohol and other freight that may have federal guidelines
- Identify opportunities for overall department cost efficiencies and improvements
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management
- Participate in organizing and leading weekly meetings and communicate goals and assignments
- Attend and participate in trade shows, marketing and sales events, and forums
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Hire, train, discipline, and onboard new staff
- Frequent travel is required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or other related field preferred
- 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards
Physical Requirements- Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
