Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product standards are consistently met.
  • Identify and resolve quality related issues by analyzing data and applying technical expertise.
  • Provide informal guidance and support to new team members to enhance their understanding of quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Document and communicate quality metrics, findings, and improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders for Level II.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for compliance with industry standards for Level III.
  • Lead small scale quality improvement projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines.

LEVEL II
  • Estimated annual base pay: $75,000(minimum) - $97,000(midpoint) - $120,000(maximum)


LEVEL III
  • Estimated annual base pay: $89,000(minimum) - $116,000(midpoint) - $142,000(maximum)

  • Team Mentorship: Provides informal guidance and support to new team members to enhance their understanding of quality protocols and practices.
