Job Description Summary
Primarily responsible for customer relationships, specifically those dedicated to the time periods during, after and related to quality issues. Responsible for customer engagement, monitoring customer satisfaction, customer data gathering, and acting as a conduit/facilitator of activities that prevent or resolve quality issues. This position requires aerospace quality service and execution experience.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements by validating, interpreting, and driving adherence across products, processes, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting confidence in quality performance through responsive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Drive root cause analysis projects and present results when required by customers.
  • Facilitate customer audits and work with the QMS leader to drive completion of audit findings.


Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality Program Manager and/or Customer Satisfaction/Issue Resolution Lead OR:
  • A high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Aerospace Quality Program Management and/or Customer Satisfaction/Issue Resolution Lead


Desired Characteristics & Experience:
  • Strong problem-solving experience (8D, RCCA, Apollo, 5 why etc.)
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
