Customer Project Manager, where you will lead the execution of customer projects from order conversion through delivery, invoicing, and post-sale support. You will serve as a central point of contact between customers, distributors, contractors, manufacturing plants, and sales teams to keep projects moving and deliver a strong customer experience.
Location: Hybrid Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Nasvhille, Raleigh, Andover, Boston, St. Louis, or Louisville
What will you do?- Lead the execution of customer projects from order conversion through product delivery and invoicing.
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers, distributors, manufacturing plants, sales teams, and other internal partners.
- Coordinate shipment schedules, change orders, material modifications, customer requests, and project updates.
- Proactively communicate project status, delays, risks, and changes while managing customer expectations.
- Work across internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues, escalate challenges when needed, and keep projects on track.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and follow-through.

What qualifications will make you successful?- 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, order management, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience coordinating projects or customer orders involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Industry experience in energy management, electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- PMP certification is not required
