We are looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager to join our team in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end Radio Network projects for customers in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, guiding work from initial design through final acceptance. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful, complex work while building strong customer relationships and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
What you will do - Manage complex Radio Network projects from design through acceptance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with local and global teams - internal and external - to meet project timelines, improve profitability, and drive continuous improvement through strong governance and project controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and work proactively to resolve issues as they arise
- Lead change management efforts to support smooth project transitions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Capture and share best practices to help standardize and improve delivery processes across the organization
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support the professional development of team members
The skills you bring - 5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager with demonstrated success in end-to-end network deployment project management (design through acceptance); experience with Tier 1 customers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams by setting clear goals, developing talent, and delivering results
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at both working and executive levels
- Solid understanding of project financials, team coordination, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Site Swap and Site Modernization projects
- Familiarity with Ericsson Network Rollout processes, tools, and deployment methodologies is an advantage

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
